Description

We are looking for a structured and meticulous Project Administrator for a long-term assignment in Örtofta.

You will be a key person in the project and support the project team through administration and coordination of project documentation and meetings. The assignment involves a flexible workload where the scope may vary over time.

Responsibilities

• Administer the project area, manage access for project members, and maintain a clear structure.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, primarily with external parties.
• Coordinate seminars, workshops, and kick-off meetings.
• Manage contracts and purchase orders for project resources.
• Compile and administer monthly timesheets.
• Support the management and archiving of project and final documentation.
• Write minutes for internal and external meetings.
• Update the project timeline in collaboration with the planner.
• Review and update technical flowcharts (PID) and instrument and valve lists according to given instructions.

Qualifications

Required:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, including Teams and SharePoint.

Preferred:

• Experience in project implementation within the district heating sector.
• Previous work with PID diagrams in AutoCAD or equivalent.
• Experience working with schedules in MS Project.

Conditions

• Assignment period: June 30, 2025 – June 30, 2028.
• Option for extension: 6 months.
• Scope: Initially about 50% of full-time, with the possibility to increase up to 100%.
• Location: Örtofta, work is conducted on-site.
