The management of Close Care and Health is under construction and will be operational from January 1, 2025. The management is responsible for grant-funded care activities within Close Care. This includes mobile teams and specialized palliative care, outpatient care within close care, emergency care within close care, 1177 by phone, and certain region-wide functions. Additionally, the management is responsible for the development and follow-up of the transition to close care in Region Skåne. The number of employees is expected to be around 1,000.
Emergency Care Close Care within Close Care and Health consists of emergency departments that are not open 24/7 and evening and weekend clinics within Region Skåne. Area South within the Emergency Care Close Care includes the evening and weekend clinics in Malmö, Trelleborg, and Ystad, as well as the emergency department in Trelleborg.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for an administrator with management support responsibilities for the area manager in Close Care and Health!
We offer you a developing job where you become part of our operations. In your role, you primarily work as the right hand of the area manager, a role you understand and enjoy.
Your tasks include staffing, working in HR systems, and scheduling. Other tasks may include invoice management in our financial system Raindance and orders in Ritz, as well as tasks related to various digital care systems such as 1177. Additionally, you will work with other personnel administrative tasks and assist in recruitment and planning the introduction for our newly hired employees.
You play a key role in supporting and facilitating the daily work for the area manager. The role also involves handling various administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and following up on decided action points. You also need to ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the development of work within the management and for area south.
You actively work to create and improve routines for your and the organization's work, which means you continuously develop and adjust the way you work.
The position is based in Trelleborg, but travel within the southern catchment area may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who have a completed upper secondary education and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of the personnel administrative systems HR-fönster and the journal system PMO, as well as related systems, is a requirement.
A basic education as a medical secretary is an advantage. We prefer that you have previous experience in an administrative role with management support responsibilities or equivalent work. Additionally, it is an advantage if you have knowledge of different scheduling models and agreements that regulate working hours in healthcare.
