Primary Care Skåne is the primary care of Region Skåne, dedicated to the entire life.

Primary Care Skåne is Region Skåne's primary care operated in-house. We are about 3,300 employees who work every day to provide the residents of Skåne with close, high-quality care and a good reception throughout all stages of life. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who is passionate about and has experience in working with and developing internal communication. In your role, you will work closely with management and staff within Primary Care Skåne, providing advice and support on various communication issues and projects. You will work both strategically with planning and follow-up, as well as operationally with the implementation of communication initiatives, writing texts and articles, and publishing on the intranet.

You will be part of a communication team that works closely together and supports each other. Therefore, you will also work with marketing and information initiatives aimed at residents and patients. You will be part of an exciting development journey in a creative environment with colleagues who are passionate about publicly driven primary care.

You work closely with your communication colleagues in Primary Care Skåne, but you are also part of a larger context as you are employed by the Group Staff Communication. Your immediate manager is the communication and marketing manager who is part of the management of Primary Care Skåne.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be suitable for the position, you should meet the following:

• University or college education in media and communication science or equivalent education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Several years of professional experience in qualified communication work.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language and a good writer with experience in writing both articles and explanatory texts.
• Experience in graphic production with good knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop.

It is advantageous if you have experience in:

• working in larger organizations (private or public sector).
• project management (and/or have project management training).
