Wåhlin Advokater is a business law firm established in Gothenburg in 1964, and today we have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. We offer specialized expertise in business law, working closely and in harmony with our clients to create secure and smooth transactions. We are now looking for a person to join our team of paralegals and assistants in Malmö on a temporary basis.

As an assistant with us, you will have primary responsibility for the daily management of the office, reception, and our conference department. We are looking for someone who is independent, meticulous, and unafraid of new tasks. A good sense of service is also essential, as you will assist not only internally but also in client interactions.

As an assistant, you will also provide administrative support in client work and help with invoicing. The position requires good knowledge of the Office suite and a high level of IT proficiency, as you will assist in handling large volumes of documents, both in terms of editing and organizing them in our document management system.

The position is a full-time temporary role as our current assistant is going on parental leave. Start date is after the summer of 2025. Duration 1-1.5 years.
