JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you enjoy planning, solving problems, and having a key role in the organization?

As a Staffing Coordinator at Björkbacken, you are an important part of the organization and work to ensure sustainable and efficient staffing. You are responsible for planning and scheduling staff, which means you handle short- and long-term staffing needs. You have a view of the whole but also of the details and insight into how each change in the schedule can affect the organization, staff, and customer care.

Your main job responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and resource planning to ensure that the organization has the right staffing at the right time
  • Coordination and customer planning in collaboration with managers and employees
  • Handling urgent staffing needs and quickly finding solutions to changes
  • Collaboration with managers and workgroups to optimize staffing processes
  • Administration and work in our personnel and customer systems (Time Care, LifeCare, and Visma/Personec P)
  • Ensuring that decisions and guidelines are followed, as well as working in accordance with laws and agreements governing staffing and working hours

Your work requires both analytical ability and flexibility; every day can involve new situations to handle. The role is based on working in a structured and solution-focused manner while being able to adapt to changing conditions. Since you have many points of contact, a professional approach and good collaboration skills are crucial.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, we see that you have the following competencies:

Required Competencies:

  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience working as a coordinator, managerial support, or organizer
  • Experience in scheduling and customer planning

Preferred Competencies:

  • Knowledge of care and welfare administration
  • Experience working in systems such as Time Care, LifeCare, Visma/Personec P, and Mina Planer
  • Experience working in care and welfare

Personal Qualities:

  • Solution-oriented - you see opportunities instead of obstacles and work proactively
  • Logistical thinking - you understand the whole and can manage complex scheduling
  • Self-driven and flexible - you take initiative and can adapt to new conditions
  • Good collaboration skills - you communicate clearly and work well with managers and colleagues
  • Adherence to decisions - you respect guidelines and ensure they are followed
  • Honesty and professional demeanor - you build trust and contribute to a positive work environment
