Job Description

Are you at the beginning of your recruitment career and want to gain experience with an established player in the public sector? Then this could be the role for you! Our client in the public sector is looking for several recruiters to support their operations for a limited period. 

As a recruiter, you will work with all parts of the recruitment process, which includes:

  • Establishing job requirements
  • Advertising 
  • Selection 
  • Interviews 
  • Reference checks

We are looking for someone with at least one year of recruitment experience who feels confident in independently driving processes, with support from colleagues. We prefer candidates with a degree in human resources or behavioral science.

Experience in search and/or recruitment within IT/tech is highly meritorious.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and selection of personnel
  • Work independently with all steps in the recruitment process (establishing job requirements, advertising, selection, interviews, reference checks)
  • Provide consultative support to hiring managers
  • Establish employment decisions

Qualifications

  • University degree focused on human resources, behavioral science, or equivalent education. 
  • At least 1 year of work experience in recruitment
  • Experience with competency-based interview methodology
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Good ability to understand and express oneself in Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Good collaboration skills with colleagues, internal customers, and candidates
  • Ability to work methodically and structured, partially plan and conduct the recruitment process in the shortest possible time
