For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Master Data Specialist with an operational focus for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for current and future market needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consulting assignment for 6 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply ongoing selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this operational role, you will work with the management and maintenance of Material Master Data in SAP, with a particular focus on data quality and correct information flow. A large part of your work will take place in the ERP system SAP, Teamcenter, and Microsoft Office 365. You will closely collaborate with adjacent functions such as design, order design, purchasing, and delivery, becoming an important part of ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the chain.

Operational management and updating of material master data in SAP
Work with data quality, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
Analyze data, identify patterns, and contribute to improvements
Collaborate with adjacent departments to ensure data consistency
Opportunity to participate in and drive process development based on experience and interest
Use of BI tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau is a merit

Your Profile

Experience in logistics, planning, and/or master data management
Interest in data analysis and an eye for details and relationships
Good knowledge of SAP and Office 365 – especially Excel
Experience with Teamcenter is a plus
Merit with knowledge of BI tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau
