System Engineer at Saab Aeronautics

We are looking for a system engineer with experience in C++. This is a consulting assignment through Nexer where you, as a system engineer in C++, will have the opportunity to work on the development of advanced simulators at Saab Aeronautics. The assignment initially lasts for one year with the possibility of extension. You will be part of a team where you primarily work with coding in C++, but also handle project management, system administration, and bug fixing. The tasks include using JIRA to manage tickets and collaborate with various teams within Saab.

We are looking for someone who has:

-A degree in computer engineering or as a data engineer, preferably with a C++ focus.

-A few years of experience in system development with C++ and Linux.

-The ability to think innovatively and solution-oriented.

-Experience with agile working methods, preferably JIRA.

-Good communication skills and feels comfortable holding demos.

-Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

This is a consulting assignment through Nexer, initially lasting for 1 year with the possibility of extension where you, as a system engineer in C++, will have the opportunity to work at Saab Aeronautics. You will be part of an innovative team and contribute to the development of advanced technology within defense and simulators, while also having the opportunity to develop your own skills within high-tech systems.

Location The assignment is based in Linköping, travel may occur in the role.
