We are now looking for an Installation Technician with experience in technical solutions and service work for an exciting assignment within IT and the public sector. If you have a technical mindset, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

Education requirements:

• High school education in IT or another technical field.
• Alternatively, relevant work experience that is deemed equivalent by the contracting authority.

We believe you will succeed in the role if you have:

• Several years of experience in technical work.
• Experience working in an IT service management system.
• Experience serving customers and providing support on-site.

• Communication and collaboration: Strong ability to communicate in Swedish and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Analytical and solution-oriented: Ability to identify and solve problems, as well as being proactive and taking initiative.
