Are you an engaged and responsive project manager who wants to play a central role in coordinating, managing, and improving IT solutions that strengthen our vision – to create the world's most resource-efficient region? As a project manager with us, you will be part of a wonderful team where you collectively act as a link between the business and IT.

We offer a daily routine that is both varied and meaningful, where you will take on exciting tasks and develop together with us. Some of the things you will work on include:

• prioritizing, planning, and following up on the objectives of the project plan within given frameworks in a cost-effective manner
• developing and managing budget and forecasting work within the project
• monitoring the external environment from a technical perspective

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a structured and communicative leader with a good technical understanding. You have a strong ability to drive initiatives forward, collaborate with various stakeholders, and solve challenges along the way. We believe you thrive in a dynamic environment where development and collaboration are in focus!

Experience you bring and share with us:

• Post-secondary education in computer science or similar, or relevant work experience that can be assessed as equivalent
• Leadership experience, for example in project management or similar
• Good knowledge of procurement, management, and development of IT systems
• Basic knowledge of economics (budget and forecasting work)
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English

Experience working with PM3 and ITIL is an advantage. We also view positively if you have experience from the business that the group operates and the context in which the group's operations take place. Experience working in an outsourced environment is highly valued.
