We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our software development team located in Linköping or Norrköping, who wants to be a part of Accelerate at Iver and contribute to better IT solutions that make a difference for our clients! Are you our new colleague?

Your role at Accelerate at Iver? For long-term assignments and team deliveries to our clients, we are now looking for a Senior Project Manager driven by leading digitization efforts and software development projects!

Our assignments often involve helping our clients modernize their IT environments, assisting them in working more agilely and in a modern way with the right types of tools to best support their current and future needs. We do this according to a methodology we at Accelerate at Iver call Journey to Agile. You will work on client projects within digitization and software development projects, and in this role, you will also have the opportunity to engage early in client dialogue.

To fit into the role, we believe you have experience in the following:

• At least 10 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager

• You have previously worked as a software developer and have a high understanding of methodology and technology.

• Certifications in PPS and similar, as well as agile methodologies such as SAFe.

• Experience working in other roles in software development projects, such as requirements management or test management.

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• You have a genuine interest in people and in leading your project team to well-functioning and maintainable applications.

Other qualities

You have a strong personal drive and good structural ability. You communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish as well as English.

To thrive in the role of a consultant, you should easily create relationships, be able to work both in teams and independently, and have a strong personal drive and focus on solutions.

Location

You will be based at our office in Norrköping/Linköping, with the possibility of hybrid work.
