We are looking for two IT support technicians for a consulting assignment at an authority in Norrköping. The assignment starts on 2025-11-10 and runs until 2026-11-09, with the possibility of extension. The position is full-time (100%) and you will work at the client's headquarters in Norrköping during office hours.

The assignment requires references from similar positions within the last three (3) years. 

Your tasks

• Provide support via phone, ticketing systems, and personal contact with users regarding hardware and software
• Ensure that IT equipment is functioning
• Administer IT environments (e.g., user accounts, permissions, and print queues)
• Instruct users on how to work with various programs
• Certain administrative tasks such as receiving and distributing IT equipment, contacting users, and reviewing ticket queues
• Handle returns and quarantine of returned computers

Your qualifications

• High school or equivalent education
• At least twelve (12) months of work experience in the profession
• Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, communication, and information security
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Experience working in ticketing systems (e.g., Easit BPS or Artologik Helpdesk)
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

We are looking for someone with good social skills, who is proactive with a strong initiative, and service-oriented with a strong customer focus. You should have a good ability to communicate clearly in both speech and writing and be structured with a sense of order.
