ServiceNow Developer with Business Analyst Experience

Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow developer, you will play a key role in the development and management of several product areas within the platform. You will work closely with the business in an agile team consisting of developers, Business Analysts, Service Managers, and Service Owners. In your role, you will have the opportunity to influence both technology and working methods to create valuable and effective solutions.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Documented experience as a Business Analyst
• Relevant academic education or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and experience in automating workflows in ServiceNow
• Experience with integrations and incident troubleshooting
• Comfortable conducting workshops and engaging in dialogue with the business

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with On-prem / Self-hosted environments
• Previously conducted upgrades or implementations in ServiceNow
• Experience with tools such as Camunda, Docusign, or Blue Prism
• Possession of relevant certifications, e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS APM, or SPM Fundamentals
