Your role

We are now strengthening our teams with software developers in Missile Systems. In your role, you will work in teams that develop software for all Saab Dynamics missile systems. Here, we take responsibility for everything related to software throughout the product lifecycle.

We offer a wide variety and a broad spectrum of software development at many levels. You will have the opportunity to develop everything from small embedded real-time systems to large graphical planning systems. We have many new projects underway, which brings significant challenges with exciting and varied tasks. Many of our developers work closely with hardware and collaborate with other disciplines within Saab, such as Electronics and Systems Engineers. We tailor the role to your interests.

Your profile

To fit in this role, we believe you have experience in:

• Programming languages such as C, C++, Ada, Qt, and/or Python
• Development in Linux
• Embedded software

It is also advantageous if you have experience in:

• Continuous integration
• Software testing
• Tools like bash, git, and Jenkins

The position is located in Linköping.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, there may, in some cases, be requirements for specific citizenship.
