IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project management of both large and smaller initiatives, where you lead and drive projects to ensure efficiency and quality in execution.
• Strategic portfolio management: Manage and prioritize business-critical initiatives in close collaboration with management and key stakeholders to improve business results through coordination and communication in accordance with business needs.
• Identify needs and realize business development through digitalization in close collaboration with the company's various functions, such as R&D, Production, Purchasing, Finance, and HR, etc.
• Development of methodology for business development and project management, where you and the team continuously improve our working methods to ensure success in delivery.

As an IT Project Manager / Process Developer, you will be a central part of our project office within IS/IT. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the entire change process, from identifying improvement opportunities to leading and implementing solutions in close collaboration with various functions within the company.

Qualifications

For the position of Project Manager / Process Developer, we are looking for someone who has/is:

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Work experience in project management
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who can act as an interface to the business, adapted to the recipient and situation. You thrive on taking responsibility and driving projects forward independently, while also having the ability to manage the entire stakeholder spectrum. You can grasp the IT area and have a desire to develop, as well as see the value of applying change management. You are solution-oriented and contribute innovative thinking to identify new business opportunities. You are proactive combined with a structured and analytical ability that allows you to deliver results on time and with high quality.

Desirable Experience

It is beneficial if you have:

• Previous experience leading IT projects
• Work experience in business development
• Experience with project methodology
