Are you an experienced change leader with a strong technical understanding and background in finance? Do you want to lead the digitalization efforts in a future-oriented organization? We are looking for a Digitalization Manager for a consulting assignment with one of our clients – a role where you will have a significant impact on the development of the finance function through automation and modern system management.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Drive digitalization initiatives within finance, focusing on the automation of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and accounting.
• Collaborate with teams in generative AI, Data Lakes, APIs, and system development.
• Be responsible for defining requirements, developing, and implementing effective financial processes.
• Lead improvement projects and ensure that solutions create real business value.
• Act as a link between finance, IT, and business development to drive change.

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• Experience in digitalization within finance, particularly in AR, AP, and financial management.
• Experience leading change projects and digital transformations.
• Technical understanding and experience with automation, RPA, or AI-based processes.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading stakeholders through change.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of APIs, SFTP, databases, and Data Lakes.
• Experience with financial systems such as Unit4 ERP or similar.

Conditions

Scope: Full-time (100%).

Location: Linköping (possibility for hybrid work).

Assignment period: 2025-04-10 – 2026-03-31 (with possibility for extension).

Employment: Consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and rented out to our client.

Security clearance: Not required for this assignment.
