Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be part of a team at one of our clients in Linköping, operating within the defense and aerospace industry. The focus will be on:

• Managing configuration control and requirements in the DOORS tool
• Creating and reviewing technical specifications and relevant documentation
• Ensuring that technical information is correctly structured and traceable
• Supporting project managers and development teams with technical expertise
• Contributing to improvements in procedures for requirements and configuration management

You will work on-site in a security-classified environment where accuracy and integrity are crucial.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Deep technical understanding, preferably from the systems engineering field
• Documented knowledge in DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
• Experience in writing and structuring specifications and technical publications
• Experience in configuration management (CM)
• Swedish citizenship and ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (RK2)

Meritorious (Nice to Have)

• Experience from the defense or aerospace industry
• Knowledge of other tools or methods for requirements and configuration management
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
