Your Role

Your role will involve handling many aspects of verification, integration, and validation of various systems and subsystems within Dynamics missile products. What makes our section unique is that we work with the entire product, all its functions, and also with the interface to the customer's system, which gives us a very good product knowledge.

The work includes testing and verifying systems and subsystems in our own facilities, writing test programs/regulations, and conducting and reporting tests. You will also work with integration, commissioning, and validation of vessel systems on-site with the customer and carry out validation and functional testing using simulators.

This role requires a combination of technical understanding and the ability to plan and lead the team's work. Although the role of test leader largely involves theoretical work, a good overall product understanding is required. You will be part of a section of 20 people where collaboration and engagement promote both personal and professional development. We value a workplace with community, diversity, and well-being.

Travel to our customers will be part of your work and will take place both within Sweden and abroad. Therefore, we see that you, as an applicant, have a B driver's license.

Your Profile

Seeing the need to sometimes reprioritize, manage practical tasks, and be flexible is a natural part of the job for you.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A higher technical education, such as a master's degree or bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electronics, measurement technology, or software.
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good system familiarity and experience in troubleshooting.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in verification, testing, and evaluation of complex systems.
• Leadership experience or experience in breaking down tasks and planning work in teams.
• Experience working in the defense industry or with defense-related systems.
