Sales Receptionist at Nordic Wellness Huskvarna

Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain with nearly 350 clubs and several padel facilities across the country. We are now looking for a sales receptionist for Nordic Wellness Huskvarna. Are you a service-oriented person with drive and commitment? We are currently in the process of reopening our relaxation area after renovations, and we are looking for someone who wants to take extra responsibility for the relaxation area.

We are looking for someone who wants to work:

50% at Nordic Wellness Huskvarna in a role where service, sales, and member contact are the focus, evenings and weekends.

With a focus on our relaxation area.

As a sales receptionist, you are the face of the club and responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. You ensure that every member has a first-class training experience and that the facility always maintains the highest quality.

Your tasks include:

• Welcoming and assisting members and guests
• Creating a clean, fresh, and pleasant environment in the facility
• Handling sales of memberships and products
• Contributing to a friendly and positive atmosphere
• Ensuring order and tidiness in the reception and relaxation area

The work is varied and requires you to be flexible and self-driven. No day is the same, and you will play an important role in creating the best possible relaxation experience for our members.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

Is 18 years or older, enjoys meeting people and building good relationships, has a positive and service-oriented attitude, is flexible and can work both evenings and weekends, is self-driven, takes initiative, and sees what needs to be done, thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in service or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude, energy, and willingness to develop!
