About the Role

It is important for us to constantly optimize our processes and improve our productivity. To best meet the future, we have created a new position within our company. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a central role in strengthening our analytical capacity and contributing to a more structured and insight-driven financial management. The mission involves collecting, structuring, and producing data analyses to ensure that accurate information is available. By creating clear reports and visualizations, you will help management and other departments make well-informed decisions.

In addition to your focus on data, decision support, and analysis, you will support the finance function with other finance-related tasks. You will report to the CFO, and the workplace is located in Anderstorp.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career with an academic degree in economics, finance, statistics, or similar. You have a genuine interest in economics, data management, digitalization, and possibly some experience analyzing data from your studies or previous jobs. Experience with Excel and knowledge of handling databases, using BI tools, and programming, such as in SQL or Python, is considered a merit but is not a requirement.

Since we are part of an international group, it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, you need to have strong analytical skills, enjoy workflows and processes, and have the desire to develop in data analysis and financial management. You are meticulous and structured, with a curiosity to work with numbers and draw insights that improve business decisions. You take initiative and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the success of the team and the company.
