JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to create social value together with knowledgeable colleagues? As a Specialist Case Officer, you will have a varied and educational job that involves both independent decision-making and collaboration with colleagues.

As a Specialist Case Officer, you will handle cases that require deep case management competence and a broad perspective, as well as perform tasks with high drive and commitment. You will analyze and assess various types of documentation, request additional information via phone, email, and mail in contact with individuals and organizations. With the support of laws and regulations, you will make assessments and decisions. Your work includes verbal and written communication with individuals, organizations, and other authorities.

Together with the team, you will plan your own workday and manage your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. The work is qualified, and you will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and in depth. You can also participate in various improvement and development assignments alongside your regular tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed a relevant higher education of at least 120 credits/180 ECTS, such as a degree in real estate or law. You should also have experience in case management and decision-making within public operations or work experience in the banking, finance, or real estate sector. Experience in case management and decision-making within Property Registration is an advantage.

For the position, a good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is required.

The position is security classified, which means that you must be a Swedish citizen and that a security check with a background check and security interview will be conducted before employment.
