Our colleague is going on parental leave, which is why we are now looking for a housing cooperative accountant for our office in Nässjö during her absence.

About the role In your work as an accountant, you will have independent responsibility for the financial administration of housing cooperatives. This means that you will be responsible for their ongoing accounting, budgeting, year-end closing, and tax and declaration work. Furthermore, you will have an advisory economic role with many customer contacts in the form of chairpersons and boards of housing cooperatives. An important part of the role will also be to guide our customers through the digital development we are currently in and facing. Other administrative tasks related to the housing cooperatives are also included in the position.

Your profile You have a post-secondary education in finance or equivalent knowledge through your work experience. We are looking for someone with previous experience in accounting work and who feels confident with ongoing bookkeeping and year-end closing. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and Excel. Experience in customer advisory is an advantage.

To thrive in the role, you need to be structured and flexible and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As a person, you are service-oriented and customer-focused. You are good at expressing yourself both verbally and in writing. You enjoy development and working with continuous improvements of work methods and processes.

The position is a temporary contract at 100% until December 31, 2026. The place of employment is Nässjö. Start date according to agreement.
