Here you will find a state-of-the-art training facility that expanded to a full 1100 sqm in 2023, offering a wide range of training options for all needs. Gym by Egoboozt is a social meeting place where everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level. We offer both group training, personal training, a gym with weights and machines, as well as EGYM so you can find the training form that suits you best. Your role:

Your job will primarily involve providing our members with a fantastic training experience. This means that the gym always needs to be presented in its best light and that members are greeted pleasantly, professionally, and with great joy. You, along with your colleagues, are responsible for creating our family-like and welcoming atmosphere at the gym.

Examples of your tasks:

• Very varied tasks, including reception, cash register, sales, cleaning, laundry.
• Administrative tasks such as invoicing and purchasing of consumables, refilling vending machines, etc.
• Responsible for social media
• Plan and organize events
• You are responsible for the facility during your working hours, but you will often be accompanied by our instructors, personal trainers, and our members (who many consider EgoBoozt to be their second home) so you are almost never alone.

The role can be adapted and shaped according to you as a person and your previous experiences. If you have an interest and previous experience, there is the opportunity for your own consultations, planning around group schedules, etc.

To thrive in the role:

You are a person who enjoys meeting other people. Creating new relationships and listening to others' needs is something you feel comfortable with. You are flexible regarding working hours, and you should be able to work mainly in the afternoon/evening, possibly some weekends, and daytime as needed. It is important that you can work independently, take your own initiative, and see what needs to be done. You should be creative in finding solutions and seeing opportunities to develop the gym. The workplace is an environment where a lot is happening at the same time, so you need to be able to work at a fast pace and be flexible regarding the various tasks the job entails. You should also feel comfortable with physical work.

It is not a requirement that you have previous experience working in a gym environment; we are looking for you who want to go the extra mile in what you undertake, where tasks that are started are also completed. It is important that you have a desire to strive forward and learn. We see that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and can use it both in speech and writing. If you have previously worked in sales, that is a big plus; the most important thing is that you have a passion for training and health. If you are a certified personal trainer, we also see that as a strong merit, but it is absolutely not a requirement.

Other:

• Working hours: Flexible working hours, mainly afternoon/evening - and possibly weekends. Also daytime as needed.
• Scope: 50-75% with the possibility of an extended position.
• Location: Anderstorp, with occasional needs to travel to Gislaved and Smålandsstenar. There is also the possibility of a hybrid solution where some administrative tasks can be done from home.
