The Supervisory Authority belongs to the City Office and supervises representatives such as guardians, administrators, and custodians on behalf of the Supervisory Board. If a person, due to illness, disability, or other circumstances, needs help to safeguard their financial and personal interests in society, this can be managed by a guardian or administrator.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include: economic review of documents submitted by guardians and administrators to the Supervisory Authority. Some cases require deeper scrutiny to ensure that individuals with a guardian or administrator have not lost anything financially or legally. This means you will have contact with individuals, banks, and sometimes other authorities.

In this job, you will:

• independently plan and drive your work forward to achieve results

• be helpful and treat others with kindness and respect
• be able to speak and write simply and clearly in Swedish
• have good social skills
• be able to analyze information flows, see connections, and make decisions.

Qualifications

A current university education with at least 60 approved credits in economics, law, or another relevant field.

Experience as a case officer or in customer service is an advantage.

Conditions

Employment type: Fixed-term employment
Employment period: 2025-06-02 -- 2025-08-29 or by agreement

The position is full-time during the summer. We would like you to be able to work 1 day/week during the fall and spring semesters of 2025/2026.
