Berry Superfos is strengthening its finance team with a new role as Accounting Manager for the site in Mullsjö, so we warmly welcome your application!

As an Accounting Manager at Berry Superfos, you will work broadly within accounting and be responsible for consolidating financial statements and reporting. You will support your colleagues in the finance team in their daily work and ensure, together with the Finance Manager, that reporting and accounting are done correctly to the group and authorities. Furthermore, you will work closely and report to the CFO in Mullsjö as well as to the Scandinavian headquarters in Denmark.

Main Responsibilities

As an Accounting Manager, you will be an important part of the finance team, which currently consists of four employees. Together, you are responsible for the local operations as well as the sales office in Finland. Approximately 200 people work at the office and in production in Mullsjö. The working hours are flexible, and there are good opportunities for hybrid work.

• Monthly and annual financial statements • Ongoing accounting and reconciliations • Regulatory reporting • Analysis and preparation of monthly reports • Annual reports • Drive and support the finance team in daily operations • Improvement of internal work processes, digitization of tasks, and optimization of workflows • Contact with authorities and auditors • Involvement in budgeting and forecasting

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a relevant education in finance/accounting and several years of experience in the accounting field. You are comfortable preparing financial statements and annual reports and possess good knowledge of VAT and taxes. As part of an international group with many internal and external contacts, we would like you to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

As a person, you are described as structured, engaged, and enjoy supporting your surroundings. You have a good ability to see solutions and are keen to drive development and change in your work. You will join a warm and wonderful team and gladly contribute your warmth and optimism.
