Gatekeeper to Metsä Tissue Smålandsbruken

Do you want to work in a dynamic environment where safety, service, and coordination are in focus? We are now looking for a dedicated Gatekeeper who wants to contribute to a safe and well-functioning workplace at our factory.

As a Gatekeeper, you will have a central role in the operations and be the company's face to the outside. By combining a security mindset with a service attitude, you create a welcoming environment for our employees and visitors.

About the position

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and report to the HSEQ Manager. You contribute to a safe and efficient workplace by being responsible for monitoring and administration at our gates and assisting with other service-oriented and administrative tasks.

Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor gates, barriers, and traffic flows to ensure safety
• Receive and register visitors and guide them to the right place
• Handle incoming calls via the switchboard and forward information
• Be responsible for our paper shop where products are offered to employees
• Administer mail handling and assist with various bookings of premises, vehicles, and food
• Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment and a high safety standard

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong focus on service and the ability to find solutions in various situations
• Is comfortable with IT tools and preferably has experience in switchboard work
• Has good skills in the Office suite
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a structured and independent working style with the ability to prioritize
• Is stress-resistant, responsible, and has high integrity
• Holds a valid driver's license (requirement)
