Worksystem is passionate about vehicle interior design, vehicle equipment, and accessories for service vehicles. With our affordable premium solutions, we create order and tidiness in our customers' work environments without compromising safety. Focus in your role
As one of three in our Backoffice team, you are a central part of the daily communication with both customers and colleagues. You handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and support our facilities across the country. You work closely with our salespeople and facility managers, ensuring that every customer receives the help they need – quickly and with quality.
As we grow in the French market, you will also help strengthen our customer support towards France. You collaborate with our Market Manager to create a smooth and professional experience for our French-speaking customers – therefore, good knowledge of French is a great asset.
You will work with:
- Customer service and support
- Quote processing and sales
- Issue management and complaints
- Switchboard and inbox according to schedule
- Troubleshooting and documentation
- Updating business systems, manuals, and product information
We work towards common goals and follow up on results weekly. You will receive structured onboarding and good support from the team.
If we may wish
We believe you have a few years of experience in support, customer service, sales, or inside sales – preferably within B2B. You are used to handling inquiries digitally, can express yourself clearly in both speech and writing, and enjoy providing world-class service even over the phone.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in technical support or customer service
- Good computer skills and experience with business systems
- Driving license B
- Fluent Swedish and English as well as good knowledge of French
If you also have knowledge in the transport vehicle industry or electrical engineering, you have an advantage – but it is not a requirement.
