Job Description:

Customer Project Manager for larger system projects (CTC).

The Project Manager is responsible for executing the project, ensuring that project goals are met, and that the conditions outlined in documented assignment descriptions are fulfilled. The Project Manager is accountable to the client regarding project-related matters.

Requirements:

• Looking for a senior PM with many years of experience in international system projects with physical product deliveries
• Must be able to act with a short lead time.
• Availability is desired immediately.

Desirable

• Previous experience with the Trainings product portfolio is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the project is conducted in accordance with established processes, policies, strategies, and applicable laws and regulations
• Lead the work and together with project members establish a vision, timeline, and project organization to drive the project as efficiently as possible.
• Responsible for executing activities according to the project plan and for monitoring and reporting on the project. Responsible for addressing any deviations that arise.
• Responsible for maintaining the project's established budget and following up on it.
• Plan, conduct, and communicate formal project meetings with the client and/or client representatives. Also, hold project meetings with your project members to follow up on progress, ensure everyone is working towards the same goal, and update the timeline together.
• Must monthly update the project's forecast to completion based on progress and financial outcomes.
• Report the status of the project
• Responsible for identifying and communicating new business opportunities within ongoing projects
• Manage all client contacts within the relevant project, in contractual matters in consultation with the marketing manager
• Manage contacts with partners within the relevant project in consultation with the purchasing manager.
• Must act when problems are likely to arise in any part of the project, if possible before they become a fact.
• Support project members in their work with a focus on team collaboration.

Authorities

• Authorize financial transactions within the framework of applicable authorization instructions, API-56.
• Delegate responsibilities and authorities through a documented assignment description.
• Accept or reject deliveries to the project (product/service/documentation).
• Stop deliveries that do not meet the required quality.
