Are you an analytical and driven economist looking to work in a broad and varied role? CJ Automotive in Dalstorp is seeking a motivated and engaged Controller. Here, you will play a key role in analyzing and monitoring the company's finances while working on efficiency, statistics, and reporting.

Responsibilities as a Controller

As a Controller with us, you will work both administratively and analytically. You will handle daily and weekly accounting controls in the business system, conduct cost follow-ups, and report to authorities and management. The role also includes in-depth analysis of the company's results, identifying areas for improvement, and cost efficiency.

You will be part of a team of 4 people located at the office in Dalstorp.

Examples of tasks:

• Daily and weekly follow-up of finances and payments
• Create and analyze reports for the production department and management
• Controlling work – review figures, identify deviations, and suggest actions
• Compile statistical reports and manage tax declarations
• Accounts receivable and invoicing, including follow-up on payments and reminders
• Support during year-end closing and account reconciliations

In the role of Controller, we are looking for someone who

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have an economic education, preferably as a business economist or similar. Experience in financial management, controlling, or accounting within manufacturing is an advantage. You are an analytical and solution-oriented person who thrives in a role where you get to work both administratively and strategically, driven by finding new digital workflows and efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial analysis
• Swedish & English in spoken and written form
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Business economist education
• Experience with the Monitor business system
• Work experience in a similar relevant field
• Experience as an accounting assistant, trainee, or similar
• Speaks multiple languages
