Management Controller for the Social Administration

The position is located in the social administration's staff where we work with tasks related to quality and development. The unit has 12 employees with various specialist roles and is led by the head of staff. We are a cheerful group, and you will be well taken care of and able to develop in your role.

Responsibilities

With us, you will play a key role in strengthening governance, analysis, and quality in the social services sector. We are looking for a management controller who wants to work closely with management, contribute a holistic perspective, and support our managers in making well-informed decisions. You will be part of the management group of the administration and have a role that combines analysis, development, and collaboration.

In your role, you will work with:

• strategic follow-ups and decision support
• development of processes, working methods, and systems
• quality assurance of governance and internal control
• statistics and data analysis to support operations
• investigations within the administration and in collaboration with the municipality

Qualifications

You have an academic degree in finance or another education that the employer deems equivalent. You have worked with management tasks at a strategic level. Experience in municipal work is valuable but not a requirement. As a person, you can identify improvement opportunities, think operationally, and contribute structure when needed. The assignment is partially flexible – you will have the opportunity, together with the management, to influence the content of the role based on your competence and the needs of the organization.
