We are looking for someone who wants to be part of an exciting journey to further develop and strengthen the bank's position in the corporate market for forestry and agriculture customers within the Forestry & Agriculture Hub Southeast. • Be part of our forestry and agriculture team that works with the forestry and agriculture segment in Småland and Blekinge. Your closest colleagues are specialized advisors working with the bank's forestry and agriculture customers
• Have your own customer and result responsibility where you manage and develop your own customer portfolio through customer satisfaction, profitability, and proactivity
• Lead the team with customer support and specialists connected to your customers
• Create strong customer relationships with value-adding and long-term business advice with tailored business setups
• Be a good ambassador for Swedbank and represent the bank in various contexts
• Work proactively where networking and prospecting are central parts of the assignment

In this role, you need to: 

• Genuine interest in economics, entrepreneurship, and customers within the forestry & agriculture segment
• High social competence, be outgoing, and have a natural ability to establish good business relationships with customers and representatives in the business community
• Experience working in teams and have good collaboration skills
• Be structured, have a good sense of order, and be responsible
• Ability to analyze and assess a company's financial position
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in forestry and/or agriculture from education or work life
• Hold a driver's license and have access to a car
