Transport Administrator Wanted in Värnamo

Are you solution-oriented and structured? Do you have experience in logistics and warehousing, or have you previously worked in administrative roles? Then the position of Transport Administrator might be for you!

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a full-time Transport Administrator in Värnamo. Our client is a leading logistics company that operates deliveries in over 220 countries. In the role of Transport Administrator, you will work broadly. Your tasks will primarily consist of planning and booking transports, where you will be responsible for all customer contact via email and phone. The role also includes troubleshooting goods and working in Excel.

If you have previous experience in logistics and warehousing, have worked on the floor, and are ready for a new challenge, you may be the right fit for this position. The role is broad and requires you to work in a changing environment where you combine both administrative and operational work.

The position is full-time with an immediate start or according to agreement. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but work at our client company in Värnamo. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To thrive in the role of Transport Administrator, we prefer that you have previous work experience in administrative tasks and/or logistics and warehousing. Education in administration or economics is an advantage. You should have good knowledge of the Office suite, with a focus on Excel.

As a person, we hope you have good analytical skills and that you are creative in your work approach. You are a solution-oriented person who is meticulous and values structure and focus in your daily work. Furthermore, you have a strong sense of service and feel comfortable communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. German is a plus.
