The Administrative Court has about 50 employees and is centrally located by the shore of Munksjön in Jönköping, co-located with the Jönköping District Court. Job Description
As a reporting lawyer, you are very important for the court to fulfill its vital societal task. You will work on legal investigations, prepare proposals for judgments and decisions, present cases and proposals for resolutions, and take notes during oral hearings. Additionally, you will prepare cases, address practical and procedural questions, and communicate with parties. The cases you work on can be very varied and sometimes require quick handling.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- has a law degree or a Bachelor of Laws, and
- is a qualified notary or has well-regarded experience in legally qualified work at an administrative authority.
It may be advantageous if:
- you have experience in social insurance law,
- you have worked as a reporting lawyer at an administrative court.
In the role of reporting lawyer, you need to have a high work capacity and a very good analytical ability. In situations with high workloads, you remain calm and stable and have the ability to prioritize your work and focus on the right things. It is important that you are flexible and can quickly adapt to new circumstances.
In addition, you need to be meticulous and able to plan and prioritize among your tasks. It is essential that you care about quality and express yourself very well in Swedish, both in writing and orally.
You enjoy and find it easy to collaborate with others while also having a very high capacity to work independently.

We require a high level of security awareness, that you adhere to the state value framework, and have resilience against unauthorized influence.
According to the law on general administrative courts, reporting lawyers in administrative law must be Swedish citizens.
