About the role
As a customer representative, you will work with customer service, planning, and administration. In your role, you will receive incoming cases from customers, answer questions regarding service, place service orders, and handle other related administrative tasks. You will have daily contact with customers regarding product, delivery, pricing inquiries, and order placement. In your work, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls or emails from customers, and you will enter service orders in the business system based on information from customers. You will also ensure that the responses provided comply with the company's policies and regulations. Lastly, you will work on continuously creating and maintaining good relationships with customers. The work takes place on-site in Jönköping.

About you
You are a relationship-building person with good communication skills and a sense of excellent service. You have a good ability to work structured with administration. You can drive yourself forward and be self-sufficient in your role and take responsibility. You also have good collaboration skills as internal cooperation and customer interaction may occur. We also see that you are creative as you will work with searches in your work systems daily.

Requirements for the position:
• At least 3 years of upper secondary education
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

Meritorious for the position
• Work experience in service or a similar field
