GARO is expanding its team and we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Accountant who wants to contribute to their success.

As an accountant at GARO, you will be a central part of the finance team where you will be responsible for one or more of the group's Swedish subsidiaries and also be involved in the development of the accounting system. You will join a team of four employees who develop and support each other. Reporting will be to the accounting manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Ongoing accounting
• Taxes and declarations
• Monthly reporting
• Analysis and follow-up
• Year-end closing work including reporting
• Annual report

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone who works independently with accounting and year-end closing and has an academic degree in finance or equivalent acquired knowledge that we consider equivalent. You have at least three years of experience from similar positions, preferably in manufacturing companies. Furthermore, you are an experienced user of Excel and have an interest in systems. It is an advantage if you have worked in Microsoft D365 as it is a tool that will be implemented in the future. In this role, you need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
