At OnePartnerGroup, we are now looking for a service-oriented and language-skilled employee for one of our clients in Jönköping. In the role of customer support, you will be an important part of the team and have the opportunity to work with customer contact in both German and Swedish. What will your workdays look like?
In the role of German-speaking customer support, you will:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in German and Swedish
- Provide professional service and assist customers with their inquiries and orders
- Administer orders, deliveries, and complaints
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to developing and improving the customer experience
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we see that you are service-oriented, communicative, and detail-oriented. You have a positive attitude, enjoy solving problems, and have a good ability to adapt to the customer's needs.
We are looking for someone who
- Has excellent knowledge of German, both spoken and written
- Masters Swedish at a professional level
- Has experience in customer service, order management, or another service profession
- Is comfortable working in digital systems
- Enjoys working both independently and in a team
Working hours: Monday-Friday, daytime
Scope: Full-time employment
We are ready for you, so the start for this job is today, tomorrow, or shortly – as soon as you can start. You will begin with a fixed-term employment of 6 months, after which there are good opportunities to transition to a permanent position with the client. Before you start with us, we will conduct a background check.
