jem & fix is currently looking for an outgoing and driven store employee!

In the role of store employee at jem & fix, you will sell building materials at the best market price and manage the daily operations in the store together with your colleagues. Daily operations include tasks such as pricing, unpacking, cashier duties, and forklift work. Working hours vary during the store's opening hours from Monday to Sunday.

Who are you?

You appreciate order and cleanliness and ensure that the premises are always clean and tidy, and that the shelves are well-stocked.

You are outgoing, social, flexible, and meticulous. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks. Since the position involves some heavy lifting, you have good physical fitness.

If you are also a dedicated and handy DIY enthusiast, that is a big plus.

jem & fix is a low-price building market in construction, home, and garden. We are a family-owned Danish-Swedish company that opened its first store in Sweden in 2005. Since then, we have steadily expanded and are continuously building new stores. Currently, we have over 200 stores spread across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, making us the leading low-price building market in the Nordic region.

Forklift license, retail experience.

Employment conditions

Salary and pension insurance according to collective agreement.

As the store is open every day of the week, both day, evening, and weekend work may occur.

Employment form: The position is a part-time temporary contract of 15 hours/week. A probationary period applies.

We would like you to be able to work about 30 hours/week during the holiday period from week 24 to week 34.
