Business Developer for the Health and Care Administration in Vetlanda Municipality

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of business developer, you will work both strategically and operationally to develop and improve the health and care administration's operations. You will support management in strategic issues and coach key personnel in change and development work. Through analysis and environmental monitoring, you will contribute to the development of the operation in line with societal needs, focusing on future-proof solutions, digitalization, and staffing strategies. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with various operations.

As a business developer, you will among other things:

• analyze, develop, and improve existing work processes and routines
• propose new strategies and methods to enhance the quality of our services and meet future challenges
• collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive development work
• monitor trends and developments in work time allocation, digitalization, and AI in health and care
• staffing strategies with follow-up and analysis
• organize training, including in scheduling and staffing

We are looking for someone with experience in project management, strategic development work, and change management, preferably in the public sector. You have strong analytical skills and are accustomed to working with quality improvements. To succeed in this role, you need to be communicative and pedagogical, as well as have the ability to collaborate and create engagement in the development work.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a relevant university degree, for example in HR or business development and management.
• Experience working with quality issues in health and care in a politically governed organization is an advantage.
• Driver's license (B).
• We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
