Are you a master at creating wonderful energy, making things happen, and spreading joy around you? Do you want a role where no day is the same – and where you get the chance to truly influence and improve the workplace culture? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are now seeking a Mood Manager for our central office in Jönköping, which is home to about 70 fellows.

Being a Mood Manager at the Jönköping office is the most fun job in the world! No day is the same, and I constantly get new opportunities to be creative, inventive, and try new things. To create the best workplace for them, a large part of my job is to get to know the 70 fantastic Fellows who work here. Finding those little details that enhance the overall experience – whether it's ensuring our office spaces run smoothly, starting a game when it's time for an after-work, or setting up a nice spread for a celebration. No day is the same, and I constantly have the opportunity to be creative. This is how Mathilda describes why she thrives in her role with us today at Fellowmind.

What does a Mood Manager do?

As a Mood Manager, you are one of our primary culture carriers and ensure that Fellowmind is a place where people thrive, feel good, and have fun together. It’s not just about telling jokes at the coffee machine – you are the one who ensures that our office, our events, and our daily life are infused with our culture and values.

Here’s a selection of your responsibilities:

  • Office Responsibility - Ensuring things run smoothly, contact with suppliers and landlords, handling mail, etc.
  • Events - Everything from standing at the office for breakfast, after-work, and lunch to meetings - to larger team activities, kick-offs, and parties.
  • Initiatives - FTC training (our very own training club), board games, knowledge sharing, or sports? At our offices, our Mood Managers drive both large and small initiatives together with our fellows.
  • Employee Experience – Everything from ongoing contact with employees from signing to the last day - ordering equipment, managing phone subscriptions, pointing in the right direction for questions. To the little extras: a bouquet on the first day, a gift when you have a baby, cheers during a go-live, a spontaneous ice cream in the sun, etc., etc…
Who are you?

We don’t have many strict requirements for the role - rather, we place great importance on your personal qualities, and to thrive and succeed in the role of Mood Manager, we believe you are:

  • A natural spreader of energy – you make people feel welcome and appreciated.
  • Self-driven and proactive – you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen!
  • An organizer to the fingertips – you juggle multiple tasks at once and have a (or two?) solution for every challenge.
  • Unpretentious and hands-on – you roll up your sleeves whether it’s about fixing a flower decoration or leading an event.

... You also need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. A driving license (B) is a big plus!

What can you expect from us?

We offer you a workplace where employees are at the center and a workplace where you can be yourself! With us, you will become part of our People & Culture team and work closely with both leaders, HR, and the marketing department. Your closest manager will be Kajsa Norell, People & Culture Manager.

We expect you to have the ambition and mindset to make Fellowmind the best employer in the industry (the world?!) – and we will do everything we can to make you feel the same way!

The practicalities

Start: Ideally, a start after the summer, but we understand that you may have a notice period or other considerations, so let’s discuss a start date together.

Extent: Full-time, office hours, during certain periods the working hours will be irregular due to events and other happenings.

Location: At our wonderful office in central Jönköping.

Other: The recruitment process will consist of phone/teams interviews, in-depth interviews, tests, and reference checks.

Does this sound like a role for you? Don’t hesitate to send in your application as soon as possible, as selection is ongoing, and become part of our fantastic team!
