HR and Payroll Administrator at the Citizen Administration

Description

The Citizen Administration is looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator.

The Citizen Administration deals with matters related to the Citizen Committee and within the areas of individual and family care, integration, leisure activities, and labor market measures.

The Citizen Administration employs about 200 people and has around 150 individuals on fees. You will be part of an administrative team that works together to ensure our operations. You will closely collaborate with our other HR and Payroll Administrator and handle each other's cases during absences.

Responsibilities

Are you a meticulous person with a good memory for numbers? Do you have several years of experience in a similar position and have worked with the payroll system Heroma? Then we have the job for you!

We are looking for a HR and Payroll Administrator who will be responsible for approximately 100 salaries. Your role as a payroll administrator with us will include monthly payroll processing, verification and reporting of payroll data, interpretation of laws and agreements, assisting in recruitment matters, participating in the development and improvement of our administrative function, as well as providing advice on payroll and HR issues. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. With us, you will be appreciated for your expertise. Your daily work will be varied with many points of contact within the administration. Other administrative tasks may include disbursing funds to contact persons and foster homes, introducing new employees, ordering permissions, phones, etc.

Qualifications

A post-secondary education in HR and payroll, such as labor law, is required. To thrive in this role, you should be meticulous, engaged, and structured. Social competence is essential. High service and professionalism are important guiding principles for us. Therefore, it is crucial that you are responsive, flexible, responsible, and possess a high level of service ability. You are a team player with pronounced collaborative skills. You find it easy to organize, improve, and develop processes and flows, as well as to identify and address needs within your professional area. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Conditions

A driver's license is required.

In Värnamo Municipality, all permanent positions are advertised as full-time. If you prefer part-time and the organization can accommodate a lower employment degree, that is, of course, a possibility.
