Summer Job as Logistics Administrator

Are you a student looking for a varied summer job? Do you have previous experience in logistics or economics? Then we have the perfect summer job for you!

In the role of logistics administrator, you will be part of our client's administrative team to support the organization this summer. Your tasks will include handling freight documents, streamlining flow management, planning transports, and checking invoices against customers and suppliers. You will also have daily contact with internal and external customers/suppliers via email and phone. Our client is a leading company in transport located in Torsvik, Jönköping.

The position means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting and hired out as a consultant to our client company.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To thrive in the role of logistics administrator, we prefer that you are studying economics or logistics at the university level. Previous work experience in these areas is an advantage. You should have good computer/system skills, and if you have previously worked in any business system, this is highly meritorious.

As a person, we hope you have good analytical skills and that you are creative in your work approach. You are a solution-oriented person who is meticulous and values structure and focus in your daily work. Furthermore, you have a high sense of service and feel comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

The assignment is intended from week 23 to 33, and we prefer that you are available throughout the summer. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. After week 33, there are excellent opportunities for extra work alongside your studies.
