The Role of HR Partner

One of our colleagues is moving on to new challenges, and we are now looking for someone who wants to be a close support and guide our managers in the HR area. In close collaboration with managers and based on laws, agreements, and the guidelines and policies of Region Jönköpings län, you will provide professional support in the organization’s HR matters. You will work in areas such as labor law, health and work environment, competence supply, as well as employment conditions and salary.

Your Future Workplace

You will be part of a team of seven HR partners. Together, we support about 120 managers with our HR knowledge. In addition to close work with managers in our own area, there is an opportunity to participate in regional development work together with other HR colleagues in our organization. The Surgical Care area, which is part of Region Jönköpings län, has about 2600 employees. Our operations are located in three hospitals: Länssjukhuset Ryhov, Höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö, and Värnamo Hospital. Your Profile

To be considered for the position, a university degree in HR or equivalent education is required. Experience in broad HR work, preferably in the public sector, is an advantage. A driver's license is required. To thrive with us, you should be someone who easily takes initiative, plans, and prioritizes your work. Since the job consists of many internal and external contacts, we are looking for someone who can easily create, develop, and maintain good relationships. Your communication skills are high, both verbally and in writing, and you convey a clear and common approach based on the values of Region Jönköpings län. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
