Customer Service Representatives Wanted!

Do you have experience in customer service and/or administration? We are currently looking for several customer service representatives for our client located just outside Jönköping! This is a perfect opportunity for you who want a job immediately and wish to work for a limited period – there may also be a possibility for extension and/or employment with the client!

About the Position

Your main tasks will be to assist customers via phone and email. This means you will respond to incoming customer inquiries, support internal and external parties to the organization, and handle related administrative tasks. The goal is for the entire team to work in the office with working hours scheduled Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls, manage the switchboard, and handle the case management system
• Be the company's go-to person and coordinate cases with internal departments

This position is to be filled immediately and will last throughout the summer until mid-August. For the right person, there is an opportunity for further employment with the client.

About You

If you are social, positive, and service-minded, you will have a solid foundation. If you are also flexible and responsible, as well as having a logical mindset, you will thrive in this role. You have good administrative skills and can easily learn different programs. Your experience with professional customer interaction will contribute to satisfied customers!

Important for the Position:

• You are proficient in both Swedish and English, especially in conversation
• You need to be familiar with office programs
• You can work full-time until August 15

Preferred but not required for the position:

• Experience in customer service

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Selection and interviews will be conducted continuously, and the position may be filled earlier than the advertisement period.
