About you We are looking for someone who naturally builds good relationships and is attentive and curious about the customer's needs. You are skilled at creating added value for the customer and have the ability to maintain focus and a good mood even during more intense moments. Being a good team player is a given for you, as delivered quality is a collective responsibility at every Holmgrens Hyrbil station.

A B driver's license is a requirement for the position. We prefer that you have previous experience working with people and customer service. Experience in the car industry is a merit but not a requirement. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

About the job As a Car Rental Agent at Holmgrens Hyrbil, you will assist with first-class customer service and sales in our car rental business. As Holmgrens Hyrbilar grows, you will get to be part of starting up our operations in Värnamo - a truly exciting assignment for you who is driven by seeing business opportunities and networking.

Responsibilities Create an optimal customer experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities at every customer meeting. Ensure that daily work and follow-up work lead to Holmgrens Hyrbil's sales goals. Conduct thorough physical inspections of incoming vehicles and ensure that damages are recorded and presented to the customer. Cleaning and maintenance of rental cars.

Day trips to our facilities are part of the job.

Scope: Full-time, 100% with a six-month probationary period Location: Jönköping Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
