About the Company
Telfa AB is part of the OEM group, with its headquarters located in fresh and modern premises in Höganloft, Tranås. We are a leading pump supplier with extensive experience and currently have a turnover of approximately 100 million SEK.
We specialize in pumps and help our customers improve their processes with efficient and sustainable pumping solutions. Our salespeople operate from sales offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Umeå, as well as from the headquarters in Tranås, where we also have our warehouse and assembly and service workshop for pumps.
Job Responsibilities
Welcome to Telfa! We are a dedicated team, most of whom work from our headquarters in Tranås. As a Technical Salesperson with us, you will focus on our investment area in hygienic pumps and be responsible for the entire sales process within your district. You will plan, execute, and independently follow up on your work, which consists of booking and conducting customer visits, selling technical solutions, closing agreements, and providing advice to customers. You will have access to one of the market's sharpest assortments with several cutting-edge products, along with excellent support from our product managers.
As a technical salesperson at Telfa, you are expected to create growth by developing and building long-term relationships with both existing and new customers in your district. Customer engagement primarily occurs through pre-booked personal meetings, where you visit customers at least two days a week. Our customers are mainly in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries. The position is based in Tranås, and you will report to the Sales Manager.
Your Profile
We want to work with you who have experience in technical work; perhaps you are currently working as a service technician or in maintenance and are curious about sales? We expect you to have a genuine interest in technology combined with high engagement and attention to detail. You likely have some form of technical education. Previous experience with process equipment and technical sales is an advantage but not a requirement. We believe in investing in our employees, and you will have access to comprehensive training. To be successful in this role, good language skills in Swedish and English are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (primarily Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). A B driver's license is a requirement.
