Today, they are a reliable partner for both small workshops and large industrial corporations like IKEA and Huskvarna, who rely on their expertise to keep production running. Now it’s time to take the next step in the company’s development – and that’s why they are looking for a technical sales representative.

This is Höglandets Kompressorservice
We sell, install, and service compressed air systems for our customers in southern Sweden. With over 100 years of combined expertise in the team, we offer not just machines – we deliver solutions. We design layouts, perform capacity calculations, and ensure that our customers have the best and most energy-efficient compressed air solution for their needs.

When a customer calls late at night with a breakdown, we answer. When a machine fails in the middle of production, we are ready to solve it. We build long-term relationships where our customers know that we are a partner they can trust – around the clock.

Your Role Focus
As our technical sales representative, you will be the face of the company and an important part of our continued growth. With overall responsibility for our business and its development, you will:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities in industry and agriculture in southern Sweden
- Conduct customer meetings, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
- Calculate and prepare quotes for facilities and ancillary equipment
- Follow up on deals and ensure that customers receive the right service and support
- Work digitally with documentation and follow-up in our sales support
If We May Wish
We believe you have a technical background and a natural drive for sales. Perhaps you have worked in technical sales before, or you have experience from a technical industry and are ready to step into a more business-driven role.
To succeed, we believe you:
- Have a relevant technical education or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience
- Are comfortable with numbers and can interpret technical calculations
- Have experience in technical sales
- Are self-driven and enjoy planning your own time
- Have good computer skills and are comfortable with digital documentation
