OEM Automatic AB sells components for industrial automation. We represent about 100 manufacturers and act as their sales company in the Swedish market. Our headquarters is located in Tranås with sales offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Umeå. Job Responsibilities

The role of marketing communicator at OEM Automatic means that you will have a place in our comprehensive in-house marketing department where we produce and manage all our marketing activities. Here you will find variety in your work with the opportunity to contribute and develop in many areas, while it requires the ability to plan, execute, and drive various activities independently. You will have the opportunity to contribute with your previous experiences while also having the space to influence your own development. You will have the chance to work both strategically and operationally, collaborating with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and clear communication.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Creating and publishing engaging content for web, newsletters, and social media
• Producing marketing materials such as advertisements, product sheets, and campaigns
• Planning, executing, and following up on digital marketing activities
• Working with audience segmentation, CRM, and leads

You will be part of our marketing team, which consists of a cheerful group of 6 people who take care of each other and work together to ensure we all succeed. We believe that we become better and feel better when we work together on-site. Since the office is located in Tranås, we prefer that you live in the surrounding area.

Your Profile

Become part of the team – with us, you will be part of a tight marketing team; we have different areas of responsibility but always help each other and stick together. We believe the position suits you if you have a few years of work experience in the field or a degree in media, communication, or equivalent. You have a natural customer and results focus, as well as a genuine interest in the business, which permeates everything you do. We believe that you will contribute with a strong interest in development in the marketing and communication area that generates added value for the company. You are a proficient user of Adobe programs while being able to speak and write in Swedish and English without difficulties.

As a person, you are creative, design-savvy, take initiative, and are used to working with both ideas and production. Your ability to take initiative, prioritize, and switch between fast deadlines and long processes allows you to independently drive your work forward.
