About the Department
The department's goal is to provide accessible, present, and accurate service to all customers in need of support, and you will be an important part of delivering a great customer experience. In the role of Customer Support, you will be part of a team of four employees who work to support, among others, retailers and end consumers in Sweden and the Swedish sales company. In our team, we have a good atmosphere and open communication; it is important for us to help each other and have fun together at work!
Your Responsibilities
Your tasks will vary throughout the year, but this is mainly what you will be working with:
- Order and delivery monitoring, complaint handling, and advice regarding products and brands are central tasks in the position
- Provide professional support via phone and email to both external and internal customers
- Participate in active sales
- Respond to and document incoming cases
- Be responsible for a specific customer segment
- Location: At our office in Huskvarna. Customer visits occur a few times a year.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who feels at home in providing service. An important factor for thriving in this role is the ability to receive customer feedback easily. To succeed in this role, you need to be both analytical and problem-solving, as well as having good communication and pedagogical skills. Furthermore, it is important that you can focus under stress, as stressful periods may involve many calls in a day. Workdays can be both varied and intensive.
Experience and Knowledge
We hope you have the following experience and knowledge:
- At least 5 years of experience in qualified customer service work
- Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Knowledge and interest in technology and digital services
Practical experience in sales is an advantage.
