The role in brief
As Sales Manager / KAM at Diplomat Dörrar, you will have overall responsibility for our sales – from strategic direction to operational force. You will be an important part of the management team and have a key role in our continued development. You will work closely with our customers and partners, often in the field, but also with the internal team – where you lead, coach, and develop both business and offerings. The role suits you who enjoy switching between high and low, between analysis and relationship, strategy and activity. You like when things happen.

You will among other things:
- Be responsible for our key customers and build strong, long-term relationships
- Develop our offerings together with marketing and product management
- Coach and lead inside and outside sales teams
- Actively work with central campaigns, customer events, and training initiatives
- Analyze profitability, margins, and customer data – and drive development
- Be part of the management team and contribute to the company's overall direction

To quickly get into the role and create value, we prefer that you have experience from an industry where you have worked closely with the construction trade, contractors, or industrial customers – for example, within building materials, technical products, or similar. That type of background gives you an understanding of our customers' everyday life, business logic, and decision-making paths, which will be a great asset in the role.
We believe that you:
- Have a solid background in B2B sales – preferably within construction or technical products
- Have experience leading others, coaching sales teams, and achieving good results
- Are structured and business-driven, with the ability to see both the big picture and details
- Have an analytical eye and are used to working in Excel, CRM, and ERP systems
- Are comfortable working closely with customers – in the field, at the negotiating table, and in daily dialogue
- Thrive in a smaller company where you can combine strategy with operational power
You like numbers as much as relationships. Contracts, profitability, and pricing strategies are not something you shy away from – on the contrary. And you are motivated by building long-term collaborations, where both the customer and the business thrive.
The position involves travel – primarily day trips – combined with work from the office in Bankeryd. Some evening and weekend activities with customers occur throughout the year. The position is based at our factory in Bankeryd and involves close presence in both operations and with colleagues – therefore, we prefer that you live in the vicinity. Remote work occurs to some extent but is not a regular part of the setup. The position is located in Bankeryd.
Company car and bonus included. Start date according to agreement.
