As a Service Advisor-Coach with us, you are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their experience is smooth, professional, and top-notch. At the same time, you are a driving force in the team - a person who pushes forward, plans effectively, and ensures that everything runs optimally.

Your main responsibilities:

• Advising on service and repairs - you know cars and understand what is required.
• Pricing, invoicing, and administration - you keep track of the details.
• Workshop planning and optimization - you ensure we work smart and efficiently.
• Handling warranty and insurance matters - you solve problems and ensure correct registration in our systems.
• Collaboration with mechanics and technicians - you build team spirit and drive development.
• Proactively working with analysis and improvement of operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term profitability.

Who are you?

You are a doer - a person who makes things happen! With strong drive, a solution-oriented attitude, and contagious energy, you ensure that customers always receive an outstanding service experience and that the team works towards common goals.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you have:

• A solid background in the automotive industry and a technical education in vehicle technology, making your previous experience with cars and service processes a crucial strength in the role.
• Several years of experience in leading and motivating teams - you uplift others and create energy.
• The ability to handle a fast pace and shift focus between multiple tasks.
• Structure and precision - you keep things organized even when the pace picks up.
• A valid driver's license (requirement).
• Good language skills in Swedish (English is a plus).
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems easily, preferably experience with TACDIS, CABAS, WinAssist, or similar systems.
